Applications:(ASA/MSA Membership Application) Down load application and fax or mail to the MSA office.  Your application must be approved by the component society secretary, after approval, application will be forwarded to the ASA.
In order to be a member of the Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiologists (MSA), you must be a member of American Society of Anethesiologists (ASA).

Active – requirements (copy of license , endorsed by 2 members of the Society)
Affiliate - requirements (endorsed by 2 members of the Society)
Honorary
Retired - must be retired from the practice of anesthesiology
Resident - (endorsed by director of training program)

2006 Annual Dues:
Billed January 1, delinquent March 31 – new member dues will be  prorated
