Welcome to the MSA!

The Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiologists is a recognized component of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Inc. through a charter granted July 8, 1948. The purpose of the Society is to:

1. Advance the science and art of anesthesiology and to stimulate interest and promote progress in the scientific, and the social aspects of the specialty of anesthesiology.

2. To seek the betterment of the individual member of the Society and to protect his or her interest with the structure of the by laws of the Society and the ASA.

3. To uphold, adhere to and promote the aims, principles and purposes of the ASA.
